protected intellectual property and proprietary

MANDATORY DATA LICENSING

FEEAny unauthorized or unlicensed scraping, collection,

ingestion, retention, processing, analysis, storage,

reproduction, or commercial use of Content automatically

triggers a mandatory commercial licensing fee of:

$500 USD PER DATA POINT

A “data point” includes but is not limited to:

• A single word

• Sentence

• Paragraph

• Image

• Caption

• Username

• Post

• Hashtag

• Metadata field

• Clickstream event

• Behavioral signal

• Profile detail

• Audio segment

• Video segment

• Timestamp

• Interaction record

• Preference indicator

• Embedded semantic relationship

• AI training tokenization unit• Any derivative representation or transformed version

of the above

Each duplicate, derivative, transformed, tokenized,

vectorized, summarized, embedded, or machine-readable

representation constitutes an additional billable data point.

AUTOMATED ACCESS

RESTRICTIONS

The following activities are expressly prohibited absent

written authorization:

• Web scraping

• Bot harvesting

• AI crawling

• Dataset compilation

• Shadow profiling

• Bulk copying

• Automated monitoring

• Data mining

• API circumvention

• Headless browser extraction

• LLM ingestion

• Embedding generation

• Vector database storage

Robots.txt permissions do not constitute waiver of these

restrictions.COMMERCIAL USE

CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE

Accessing or using this website or associated social media

properties for automated or commercial purposes

constitutes acceptance of this agreement, including fee

obligations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately

cease access and delete all collected or derived data.

AUDIT RIGHTS

The Owner reserves the right to:

• Audit suspected unauthorized use

• Request disclosure of datasets

• Request model training records

• Request deletion certifications

• Invoice licensing fees retroactively

• Seek injunctive relief

• Pursue statutory, contractual, and equitable remedies

NO IMPLIED LICENSE

No implied license, waiver, or consent is granted through

public visibility of Content.Public accessibility does not constitute permission for

commercial harvesting, AI training, or advertising

exploitation.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the

State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law

principles.

Venue shall be exclusive to courts located within Kings

County in New York State.
